1. General Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused, with all tags attached
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • International returns may take longer to arrive

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return your current item
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

4. Refunds

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Important: These products are non-refundable once access is granted.

6. In-Store Course Refund Policy

Courses held in-store and taught by Paulina Mucha are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a course contract.

  • Booking a course forms a binding agreement
  • Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
